From her work with the U.S. Army and the United Service Organizations (USO), Elda has significant experience leading, planning, and executing events throughout the country and abroad. As a young adult Elda was a visionary, often organizing milestones such as prom, graduation, weddings, and themed events. Years later, that vision was honed into an impressive career in program management where she has refined her proficiencies in stakeholder management, communications, and project management. Elda loves putting pen to paper and turning mere sketches into memories etched forever in the minds of her clients. Exceeding expectations and bringing a vision to life are the true joys in her life.

Jacques has an incredibly deep passion for event planning and management that dates back to his college days. For over 20 years now, he has developed an expertise for the art and delicate balance of managing events and working one-on-one with clients. Through an expansive career as a Project Manager, he continues to use innovation and design-driven approaches to enhance the portfolios of his clients. Jacques’ distinctive strategic planning and mastery in project management is not just limited to the professional arena. As a servant leader, he takes great pride in volunteering with his community and leading events for local non-profit organizations. Jacques took a bold pivot by shifting his focus on integrating his passion and purpose and doing what he truly enjoys. He will continue this by working with government and corporate entities to help them create and attain the events of their dreams.
